Not sure if this is the best place, but as I have taken lots of brilliant information from this forum, I thought I would add back to it.

Attached below is a spreadsheet showing a conversion table between different grades of welding glass, and their relevent F-Stop Reduction. Also shows % Transmittance for each amount.

Not sure how helpful it is.

Not to throw a spanner in the works but my shade 11 worked out at around 16 stops. Suppose it could be mislabelled as it also has a much worse green cast than other 11s I've seen.
