Weird Aperture slideshow problem

Just trying out Aperture at the moment - trying out the slideshow feature and something really odd is happening. It seems to be changing the colours on export - the pictures in the exported slideshow movie are noticeably more red/purple than the pictures within Aperture.

Anyone have any ideas why this might be or what I can do about it?

I couldn't find any settings to adjust, but I just tried exporting it using MPEG-4 instead of h.264 codec, and it seems to be better. Strange.
 
At a guess, that's a colour space issue....
