Wedding ring order

Good morning all.

I am preparing a album for one of my clients, creating the story of the day etc however is there an order in which the registrar puts the rings on, for example groom first then bride or the other way round, or is there no order?

Any help would be great.

Groom puts bride's ring on first.

Should be in the exif....
