I'm looking to learn some new techniques for editing wedding photos, and would love to hear what process people go through with theirs.

I'm not talking about cloning etc and basic stuff like that, but what extra touches you do to give your images a real wow factor.

I often desaturate the images a bit, add more contrast, use the high pass filter set to soft light, add a warming filter, and have recently been playing with using the gradient adjustment level set to soft light too for colour images, or set to normal for black and white pics.

I don't use all of these together btw, just mix and match depending on the photo.

However I still feel I would like to have more options available, and especially to create a more romantic and warm image, as a lot of the pics I take are during the brightest part of the day (mid day to early afternoon) so the colours can sometimes come across as a little contrasty and not as soft or warm as I'd like.

If you could give your favourite process I'll look in to them... a photo example would be great but if you don't have one handy please post anyway :)

If anyone would like me to explain any of my favourite actions please just ask and I'll write a little explanation of the process I go through.
