I'm looking into wedding photographers for my wedding.
It'll be in the chester area.
We're after a pair really, one that follows the groom and one that follows the bride.
What would we expect to pay for something like this?
 
Probably need to be more specific ie, how long you want them there for, how many photos you will require what sort of album, those sort of things :thumbs:
 
you know whats coming dont you, how long is a peice of string, you will get a lot of smart arse comments so be warned and take it on the chin!

We were hoping for the photographer to be with the bride from before makeup, up untill just after the first dance.

Not sure about the groom side of things.
We'd like it abit contempery, with a hint of traditional if you get that.

Hi there - I guess congratulations may be due too ???

Most photographers still charge on the basis of the end product being some form of album, in which case for a full day's Shoot with 2 photographers even a fairly cheap outfit would see you to around £1,000

£2,000 would be more usual for 2 togs and a Coffee Table album, where they can prove they are any good too

But it's still really a question of what do you want from it - the Shoot is a given, but what afterwards? A disk to print your own? A series of prints? An album? A Coffee Table album?

Anyone taking a 'tailored' approach would need to sit you both down and discuss at length what you're after before a proper quote can be given

Tip - watch out for packages though, they can have a nasty sting in the tail :eek:

£10K, and I will even print them! I offer a unique service, I like to call it the "Tilt Blur" effect. All photos will be slightly "off the true" (copyright Russel), and everything will have a nice soft edge, all fuzzy and romantic. We call it the "OOF, thats lurvly" technique.
