Wedding albums from italy - metalic shine?

My girlfriend and I went to a wedding fair yesterday to see about the photography, maybe thinking of doing a few.
Well a lot of the togs there were showing albums from Italy that had a kind of metallic shine to them. I couldnt really ask what company did them but Iwould really like to know.

Anyone have any ideas?

There's quite a few companies that do metallic finishes to their albums. If they were Italian I would guess they were probably showing GraphiStudio or Mario Acerboni as mentioned above.

Personally I think the Italian albums are overhyped by too many photographers these days. I don't like their designs (I find them too fussy and do my own designs anyway) and you can get albums of equal or quality here.

Most of the major labs will do metallic prints for you. I just had a quick look around your site richard and I reckon your images / processing would look very good on metallic paper.
