Hi

kind regards Wicksey

For something quick and easily customizable, take a look at weebly.com

You will need a good website name and a good portfolio of images to begin with. If you have those, there are lots of wordpress templates available.

Places like FolioPic allow you to create a site pretty quickly and easily too.

It's not possible to give a definitive answer until people are aware of how much knowledge you have about website building, IT, and how much time you want to give to learning..

Look into word press for customisation.

For ease of install and updating, Wordpress or Zenfolio. But you need to be completely clear about what you want and read everything you can on website design (start with all the threads on this site).

Personally I think you can't go wrong with ProPhoto on Wordpress, it's not the cheapest solution but it builds great looking great performing websites / blogs with little effort and no 'web design' knowledge required.

I'm not sure I'd recommend weebly or FotoPic for someone who wants a professional web presence. It's a bit like recommending a bridge camera to shoot weddings.

To the OP, is there a reason for the double posting of the same question, it's generally frowned upon - and asking for pro level advice in 'Talk Basics' might be questionable too, how serious are you about this?

A web sight? Oh never mind. I'd agree, go Zenfolio. By the time you've learned how to construct a professional looking site, you'll have spent more time on it than your photography.
