WATERMARKING

I'm putting a few photographs of my daughters football team on their website & would like to add a watermark at the bottom.
(Just for recognition.)

However the action I tried works great but some of the images where I had zoomed in & then cropped shows the watermark as a bit larger than the original!!

Does anyone know of a better way to do this??

this link describes how to keep the same size of copyright etc for all pics.......
but please don't ask me how, I can't get my head around it, he uses illustrator for the logo, I wanted plain and simple, but if you watch the movie and suss it out, please let me know
