Watermarking landscape & portrait images?

Hi all, I've just tested a few images both landscape & potrait with a watermark action I have just made. The problem being with the landscape images the watermark is placed in the middle bottom of the image instead of in the right lower corner. Is there a way of creating an action that with work both with landscape & portrait files?

Any advise would be great

Write an action with a watermark file that will be bigger than any image you need to watermark and use the File | Place command. Easy!

You could try the 'Align Layers to Selection' under the layers menu, I have created an action which puts a logo in the same place regardless of size or orientation.
