Watermarking/Labelling Mass Images

Hey everyone. Another mass image question.

Anyone know a good simple, small program that will allow me to add onto the bottom of a load of different sized images a black box to add text to?

Iwatermark pro does most things, not sure how it will handle different sized images though, if you have Photoshop or elements you could write an action to do it for you.
