Hi All,

Finally decided to pluck up the courage to post pics so please go easy. I've been trying to get some collisions but only achieved an average one so far (pic1) but its early days.

I also have no idea how to crop and sharpen these. I've made an attempt at sharpening no 2 but I could use some pointers. Cropping seems OK and I'm getting the hang of re-sizing (proper newbie stuff!!). Again any pointers would help.

C&C will be appreciated no matter how harsh. The pics were taken with on-board flash only.

Thanks, Sam.

I like the first one more, colours work perfectly, well done

The first one really stands out for me, it's very nice. I'm no expert, but I think it would benefit from a little bit more sharpening? Not much, but just to bring out the sparkle of the water in the splash. I think it might need a tiny bit of rotating to the right, it doesn't quite look straight to me - but it could just be my eyes!

2nd one looks a little dark? Perhaps you could brighten it up slightly?

Really good stuff (Especially with the on-board flash! :) )

Thanks for the comments:D. I also prefer the first pic. This was taken after pic 2 to be honest. Could anyone give a few tips on how to sharpen and rotate the image? I've got CS4 but really have no clue yet how to utilise it:shrug:. Thanks again in advance.
