A friend has given me a 6by4 photo that is seriously water damaged. It's of her children who are adopted so I can't upload it here.

It has white droplet marks over 95% of it, and it's her only copy.

Any recommendations where I can take it to get it restored?

I do restoration work and will be happy to quote you or advise you on whether the image is worth restoring. Sometimes the image is so badly damaged that a restoration just isn't advisable, or the cost may be prohibitive for the work and time involved. All I would need would be a good high quality scan of the image and can e-mail you the completed restoration if you wish.
