It was JK that got the thrashing, he was surrounded by his bodyguards and decided to pick on the smallest guy there even though he had no idea who actually did it so he got what he deserved.

Very true, but as Darren points out, he had no idea who kicked his car - he just picked on the smallest person there and suffered as a result
