'Warning' in HD Tune - can you explain ?

OK, I am sorting out some old hard drives with the intention of selling on any that are fully fit, but one has come up with this - can anyone please explain what it may mean (ie should I bin it or use it as a copy of my back up as an extra precaution just in case)

I'd put it in a machine and hammer it for a couple of days and see what the stats say...
 
Drive is probably fine.

Make sure you zero your drives before selling on. It's pretty trivial to recover most of the data from even a formatted drive.
