Well, yesterday I decided to get the Nikon 200-400mm vrII. It was a toss up between that and the Nikon 500mm vr.
I gave the above a call and spoke to a chap called Melvyn. What a pleasure to deal with him!
He actually knew what he was talking about! He even owned the 500mm vr. I must have been on the phone with him for half an hour discussing allsorts photography.
He was in no hurry to get rid of me, just wanted to talk lenses. I then parted company with him, saying that I would give it some thought.
I decided to order the 200-400mm. I ordered it mid afternoon. It arrived this morning before lunchtime.
The fact that they had both lenses in stock impressed me! But such speed on delivery was great.
So a big thank you to them for excellent service.

To be honest the worst thing i find about WEX is it is about 12 miles door to door.......... I have made efforts to leave all things plastic with 16 numbers on them at home before I go to have a look............(though being a pentaxian it's impossiblle to spend "silly" amounts!"

Not the cheapest........ but generally a great service........ and very friendly in store.

It's also nice to have someone take the time to leave a positive review, I brought my 450D from them about 3 years ago now and there service was exemplary, I went down the route of using there web chat service which I thought was a nice touch...

I'm just debating an upgrade currently and while I'm sure that I could save a little money buying elsewhere, I'm very confident that my money will end up in their bank account
