Wanting to edit Time Stamp on a small batch of photos

Hi. It's not proving that easy to find a free program that will allow me to correct the time stamps on a batch of photos taken over two days. I have a photo with a clock face on it, and presuming the clock is correct, the time stamps are all out by 33 minutes. I need to alter all the time stamps by 33 minutes. Can anyone point me to a program that will allow me to adjust the tame stamps? Thank you. I've tried Pixillion, but that app will only alter the date, not the time of day.

File time stamp? Mac or PC? On Mac I’m pretty sure I needed to do that once and there was a way in finder to do it. I’ll refresh my memory if that is what you need.

Digikam can do this quite easily. It's batch tool has lots of useful commands in a nice GUI.
