Want to buy Canon 50mm 1.4 lens..

OK, this is not the right place, but I am after a canon 50mm 1.4 lens, and as I am taking way too long to get up to 50 threads, I am unable to post in the correct place...
So, if anyone is selling one soon, let me know, or I'll just go ahead and get a new one. I might also be interested in an 85 mm 1.8 lens......

Come on Steve, plenty to talk about now. If you want to post something - go to my latest thread and help prevent me losing more of my hair on my studio flash set up.

BTW - I did a portrait shoot today of a baby and used both 50mm 1.4 and 85 1.8 luv em both and wouldn't understand why anyone would want to sell them. :naughty:

I hope you mean the lenses and not babies!

My internet connection is via a radio phone, with speeds of up to 4800, on a good day.
It can take me 3 hours to get online, and the connection can disappear after seconds.
That is why it takes me so long to get my post count up.
However, we do have friends (yes, I do have friends..) who let us use their microwave internet giving speeds almost as good as dial-up !!! (we are getting it soon..)
 
Gilly B - your avatar shows you with a full head of hair - what can I do to help you kep it - as for studio flash - I know nothing, as a man from Barcelona once said...
Any hair loss from some other part of your body - sorry, not my speciality...
That said - I would love to know more about a basic studio flash set-up, as I love baby and kid pictures..
 
Gilly B - Well, I do have a possible offer of an 85mm 1.8.. fingers crossed - the fella selling it has lost almost all his hair with a studio flash problem, or so he tells me..
Crikey - still 2 more to go..
 
Right, now I am going to post in the correct place, though may be too tired to reply to all of you with 50mm 1.4's and 85mm 1.8's to sale as a package for under £25 inc postage..
Jeez Guys - thanks for the help, but I never knew it was so hard to reach 50..
