I need some dodgy up wallpaper.

Imagine a pristine white kitchen, gloss white slab no door detail, square with rounded edges, clinically clean looking, with lime worktops and dodgy brown splashback tiles..
Haven't decided on the floor, probably be a dark neutral, all white walls ceiling and woodwork, except one wall to be papered.
I was thinking retro 70's or Swedish 09..:gag:

I think it won't be up five minutes before you're screaming mad and tearing it down!

Assuming you're not taking the proverbial...
The prints look too big for how you've described the rest of the room.
Why not try painting the walls lime green first. That way you can decide if you like the theme and either paint or paper over it, rather than strip paper off that you don't like.
Lime green walls with bespoke pictures, mounted in 60's style frames.

Nope, I'm deadly serious, decorating is no joking matter :(

That's the only concern, print size, it's difficult to tell from poxy fleabay pics.
Its only one wall, well not even that, a chimney breast (2/3rds of a wall).
I'm not doing it twice, and I don't think I could live with a plain lime green wall anyway.
The place is whiter than a nuns knickers without it, and I'm loving retro styling.
Chocolate and lime is not the first combination of colours that spring to mind :puke: but its growing on me...

Chocolate & lime isn't everyone's cuppa, but I think that it'll work with all the white units.
I think that you need to accessorise with a jar of chocolate lime sweeties and a jar of rhubarb rock.

Eeek! I thought all that stuff was left behind in the 1970's. I can't understand the recent surge of retro-nostalgia for 70's stuff. Everything was dull, brown and beige.
My daughter said recently, "It must have been brilliant living in the 70's"

Oh yes, the three day week, daily powercuts, rubbish in the streets for months, every 2nd street light turned off, telly closedown at 10:30, no bread in the shops, sugar shortages, coffee shortages, tobacco shortages (and NSM) for the smokers........ Oh yes! The nostalgia.

Blimey, that brings back some memories! I don't remember the TV going off at 10.30 (probably because it was bed time at 8pm!), but I do remember having to walk over half a mile for water from a standpipe (in a town). We were also on a 50 pence piece electricity meter - the amount of times my mum sent me in toshops to buy things and ask for the change in 50p's (I was a cute kid) was unbelievable.

Sorry - waaaaay off topic

Chocolate and lime does sound quite nice for a kitchen though. Ours is lime walls, white cupboards and pink/grey worktop (when we moved in it was pink walls, pink cupboards, pink/grey worktop). I hate the worktop, but we can't afford to change it because it's not the standard stuff.

I also quite like the third wallpaper

I love this one, but the colours not happening:(

It reminds me of U.F.O and the Bay City Rollers! Oddly enough I think that last one is the least bad ;) probably because of the muted colours, if you think you can live with it then go for it, I suppose it's easy enough to change :)

Why would you want to do that to your house?!

Cos its errr.....stylish...

I dunno, I just luv the designs, the colour isn't that important, the kitchen is white, and I binned the lime worktop.

Anyway, it doesn't matter now, its on the damn wall
