Virus.....

I don't know if anyone can help but, I had a virus on the main pc & I removed it or so I thought!

The virus stopped all my anti virus software from running and also the internet.

I have remover the virus, but it will not let me run Avast or the internet!!

The virus was called "wintems" Ive tried everything I know:shrug:

If anyone can help I would be very grateful
