Has anyone had any experience of these?
We have a hotel voucher which we were given as a present and when I tried to book I was surprised to be asked (by Virgin not the hotel) for my credit card details... It's free isn't it? So why do they need my card details? Shouldn't the voucher number be enough?
So, if anyone has been on one of these were you asked for your credit card details?
As a general point I wouldn't recommend anyone buying one of these as a present. I think it would be much better to go direct to the hotel / activity provider direct.
Thanks if anyone can help.
