Viewing RAW thumbnails in Windows

I know that some time ago, someone posted the link to enable RAW thumbnails to show in Windows....however, following a computer crash, I need to re-install the plug-in and now can't find the link. Anyone else know where it is?

On this subject, I'd like to add that Nikon have made available for download a codec to allow viewing of NEF thumbnails in Vista (32-bit only) Microsoft's download works fine in XP, but not Vista...
