Video settings for the Canon M50 (please)

Taking a video of a road race tonight and unsure about the settings on my Canon M50. I'm okay with speed and aperture BUT do I use manual focus or auto focus? Be gentle with me please.

I have other canon cameras and would rely on the autofocus for a road race at night.
