just seen a video of mine being reproduced by someone else. issue now resolved

just seen a video of mine being reproduced by someone else. This German person has no respect for others work, so I a will name and shame them. https://www.youtube.com/@anda-music. She claims to be a professional violist and violinist but obviously not studied law, So I have emailed her asking for her to remove it from her reproduction or I shall be taking the matter further.
Hopefully this will stop her stealing other peoples work

That will be my next step. I have no objection if she had bothered to seek me out first and ask. Stealing other peoples property is not the way to go about things

Naming and shaming doesn't do anything, unless you can expose it to people who matter to her, ie why would she care that I know ?

If she just ignores you, what then?

Hopefully she would apologise and remove whatever it is, but if she doesn't, the only result will probably be an increase in your BP
