Hello all. I film lessons for an online piano course I'm creating. I am by no means a professional videographer. I shoot indoors in a well lit room, currently with a Canon PowerShot sx740hs. The major problem I have is that the longer I shoot, the more the picture becomes less and less sharp. I reached out on this forum about why this could be happening and a couple helpful people said that the camera is probably starting to overheat at a certain point which can cause the picture to start to get less sharp and to film in shorter segments. Iv taken their advice and it had definitely improved the picture, but it only allows me to film for too short of a time to be productive.
All that said...
Can someone please recommend a camcorder that is not too expensive (pro-sumer not professional $300-500 range) that the picture looks really good (hd not 4k), is easy to use, has a long film time and does not heat up and cause the picture to be less sharp?
I sincerely appreciate any recommendations you can give
Thanks!
