I've just watched this 'comedy gold' video of a local Parish Council in an internet meeting, which now seems to have gone viral around the world . Reading some of the You-Tube comments made me chuckle too.

I didn't realise that. I have a recording of a planning meeting at which the planning authority turned down an application, it would have been funny if it wasn't so pathetic and expensive for their victims. Some of the members just couldn't manage the technology, some were making critical comments about the application that demonstrated that they hadn't even bothered to read the paperwork, some that hadn't attended the site meeting were stating as fact things that they hadn't seen themselves.
