Viber for PC

Anyone using Viber on the pc or mac. I have the app on my phone so I can speak or send text message and pics to my son and vice versa while he works in in Saudi as it saves on the phone bill. I see there is a version of viber out not for the pc & mac, just wondering if it works just the same. We've nothing to hide so if the news of the world wants to hack in their welcome

Why don't you just download it and see? I don't personally use it, I have far too many blinking messaging apps as it is!!
