I know this is quite a show-offy thread, but hey ho! I'm dead chuffed with myself, although I've been having my work published for a while now, I've never really had much of a say as to I did... Until I press-ganged my editor into doing a piece on Just Jane at East Kirkby. That's fine he said, if you write it!

Cheers, I love that shot too. Really peeved the one on the second page in the bottom LHC is B&W, wants to be colour.

Cheers, there's talk in the office of more aviation work already! Doing well for a sport magazine :lol:
 
Great to get into print and words :D If they can get her airworthy again that would be some feat and great to see another Lancaster thrumming through the skies.

On a side note my father was repatriated in a Lancaster following his release from a German PoW camp..................one of the happier stories he told me about that time in his life.
