has anybody had experience buying pricey bits from the USA? I know the 17.5% will get slapped on, and there's usually about a £25 clearance fee (most of my parcelforce invoices had that), but is that it usually?
Thinking of getting a cam body from the States as even with 20% (would hopefully cover all the add-on charges, i.e. vat & such.) it's still about £200-300 cheaper than if bought in the UK.
i've not bought anything of this particular price bracket from abroad.
