Hi all,
I'm going to the states this week and I'm considering buying one of these whilst I'm there. I imagine I can just get some sort of converter plug and turn those Australian/Chinese sockets into UK sockets?
Mostly I want one as a versatile power source, not just flashes but things such as laptops and phones and apparently it fits the bill. And I imagine it can power pretty much any wall-plug type studio flash out there? I'm looking at relatively low wattage (300w/400w-ish) ones that I can get pretty cheaply, and probably just one flash to keep things simple.
Just wondering if anyone else here in the UK has one! I've been after one for a while, just a bit wary of taking the plunge.
