I've just got a Tamron 18-270 pzd nikon (d90) for holiday/travel and at the time picked up a Hoya HMC filter (62mm) . When I got home I realised I'd previously used a Pro 1D on my stock 18-108 Nikon stock lens.
Any thoughts on whether this is a silly mistake? Should I return and get a Pro 1D, or (as I suspect) in reality am I unlikely to notice the difference?
I need to get a CPL too, but need to keep an eye on cost (I don't mean cheapest just sensible value equation) - again previously I've used a Pro 1D though am open to suggestions for other options
