Sometimes we want to change proportions of an image, in my case, and like thousands of others, I dislike the main subject being central in the frame, and although try and get it right 'in camera' there are times when it needs doing post processing. Traditionally this means cropping/cutting/pasting to achieve.
CS4's 'content aware scale' function has a number of functions, in this instance I've used it to 'add' a little empty space on the left of the subject to improve composition.
