Using the BR-E1 Remote with a Canon Camera

Hi folks, I plan to use this remote trigger to take photos of people on a much higher level with the camera on the end of a monopod. Has anybody had any experience with using one of these - is it easy to set up - or would using a wired version be a more reliable and easy method?

Hi there, did it work out? I've used wired and normal radio triggers and both work well, but not this Bluetooth remote.

I didn't end up buying one - and instead just used the self timer for my application. May revisit should the requirement come up again
