Using Flickr images on the forum?

Does this forum allow embedding of Flickr images? if so is there any preferred size?
I host my photos on Flicr and it would be handy if I could just use Flickr's embed code to show my photos on the Forum.

Copy the 'BB code' , normal size is 800 wide,

There's a sticky around here somewhere...

I used to use a forum which allowed the embed code so knew to use BB code. I just wasn't sure about it being allowed here or if there were any size restrictions.
I probably could have found the thread about it eventually, but to be honest as a new member I have been enjoying looking at the fantastic photos other members have posted.
Thanks again for quick replies from you both, nice to be on a Forum where I can get answers instead of where I used to be and get no replies (I wont name the other forum).
