I'm trying to batch process a load of jpegs using actions. I've created an action, which applies a mild s-curve to increase contrast and then a bit of sharpening with a USM.
When I try to run it by going file->automate->batch, it gets stuck on the first file with the "save as" window open. I don't wanna have to manually click to change it to jpeg and click save for each file. Is there a way to just press "go" on the batch window and have it just run through all the files, perform the action, and save them in another folder?
I've tried all sorts. Checking and unchecking boxes in the batch window. Setting it to save to a folder in the batch window. Tried just getting it to overwrite the original files. Even tried recording a save and close bit on the end of my action. Either way I still have to manually save each file by sitting there repeatedly pressing the enter button.
