Try Leicester - just lately it seems mainly "To Let", "For Sale", "Under Offer" or already a building site .....:thumbsdown:

If you're anywhere near Dundee or Edinburgh I can point you at hundreds of places like that.
 
I live in Hackney and in some parts there are some amazing abandon factories and urban houses .Hope that helps!

Yep - they are repaving the high street (pedestrianising it) and the area around the Clock Tower is being ripped up and relaid - again!. Seems they just cannot get the paving slabs to stay level .... think they are using "work Experience" folk on it....

If you can make into Leeds you have the old Yorkshire Chemicals place on Kirkstall road, the other site at hunslet is in the middle of demolition, at the back of the train station you have tower works on water lane and the big Reality building further back from there. Bewarned most site's like these have somewhat of a security presence or even worse you can bump into copper thieves.
