Just checked the tracking for a UPS packed ship from the Netherlands. Update states:

17/03/2021 9:00

Eindhoven, Netherlands

The package is delayed due to a Brexit related disruption. We are adjusting delivery plans as quickly as possible.

Same here with a purchase from Philips in the Netherlands.
Took about ten days instead of the usual two or three.

Why would you think UPS is extracting the urine? These delays are affecting every cross channel shipment.

I think it was the use of the word "BREXIT" that I found interesting. The wording feels almost "smirking"..

That would be in your head I'm sure. I think companies like UPS would much rather not be dealing with all the hassle that is playing havoc with their profit margins.

They're not the only one. I used to deal quite a bit with Europe.

So did I on a personal level, I used to be able to buy stuff in Germany and have it shipped to Northern Scotland cheaper and faster than I could buy it in the UK. Those days (as the song goes) are gone now.
