Uploading images from Flickr?

This may seem a really stupid question to ask, particularly as I had managed to upload plenty of my images over the years from my Flickr to here.
However, following the Flickr change of format (maybe more than one change - who knows?), I find that I cannot work out how to put images on here from my Flickr.
I used to go through images, click on one, then right click and go to image source, then copy and paste the location here, then add the square brackets before and after the image location - , [img/], and that was it.
Now I cannot work out what to do.

Open the image you want. There'll be a wee arrow pointing to the right (mines at the bottom right of screen) click that and pick the bbcode and size from there, cut and paste.

I didnt know about that bbcode jobba, i've been going to view all sizes and then right click copy link location and pasting it in that way, but it looks like i'll be using the bbcode one from now on, saves me a click or three !
