Upload to Photobucket image goes soft

An image I have uploaded to photobucket has lost detail and looks like it needs some more sharpening. The same image when viewed from a file on my pc is sharp.
My workflow in CS2 is after I have edited the photo I use the Save for Web function at 160k, 800 pixels wide, and the photo looks good.

Any ideas why it looks soft and lost a lot of detail now its on Photobucket.

I'd guess photo buckets down sampling in some way (perhaps to save space) Have you tried over sharpening in PS so when it's softened in photobucket it'll look sharper?
