upload a photo

hi guys well i whish to upload a photo on here but not sure how to do it also the size would 800 x 600 be ok ?
i be thank full for any help

Just click on the insert image icon when posting in the thread and paste location of image into the box.

right i still can not seem to be able to upload a phototo this site direct , or do i have to have a flicker account etc to make a link

Upload it there and then use the code and paste it on here.

Best to have a web storage account somewhere, you can use Flickr free account with limitations but it does not cost much to upgrade to a Pro account.
