updating photoshop software 7D

I've just upgraded from a 400D to 7D and I'm using CS5 extended and it's saying I'm thinking I need to upgrade the camera raw software on my photoshop? I'm not to sure as I've never done it before.

You may be able to open CR2 with it already have you tried, If it doesnt get the update from here Clicky once download just double clicky it and it will update CS5
