Hi
I am now using CS 5 upgrade (from CS2). Adobe have been sending me an update of which I am having difficulty in trying to install. halfway through the installation a message pops up saying "close Bridge to continue installation" but I don't have Bridge open when trying to install the update. I've tried turning the firewall off thinking that might solve it but to no avail. Can anyone please help.:bang:
 
Try pressing Ctrl+shift+escape to bring up the task manager.

Click on the 'processes' tab

look for anything that could be adobe bridge and select it.

click 'end task'


See if that helps :)
