no comments are made for a variety of reasons - for me not to reply to a post
1/ on the phone and it would take too long to reply then I forget about the thread
2/ if its a really dumb question that could be solved by the person just reading their manual correctly or a quick google search.
3/ its been answered so many times before I can't be bothered saying the same thing again
4/ if there is a reply and the reply says what I would say I'm not going to repeat it most of the time
5/ I don't know the answer.
These points have probably already been posted in this thread but I wanted to reply to make you happy
I'll help where I can but I'm not going to spend my time sifting through posts on the web when I have other things to do

I'm aware Edinburgh Gary started a thread years ago for people to post threads where they didn't get any commentary. However, it's always seemed harsh to me that no-one makes any comment at all and some people aren't keen on asking for comments.
I regularly use the new posts button and look for 'unanswered threads' and try my best to make a comment.
Often, despite trying my best, I simply cannot think of anything useful to say but I do try. Sometimes all a thread needs is a friendly bump and the floodgates open.
So. Come on people. Please have a look at that search and try to give some encouragement to people who've posted images seeking some input.
Cheers
Andy
