Japanese airforce Chinook according to the reg but as to why it's squawking the rest of the info is anyone guess I can only think an attempt to avoid Id but then it's squawking its reg ?. Out of interest what software are you using on the airbands ?

O.k just discovered it's a web site as per bottom of page not direct from radio ! We have quite a few military planes/helicopters over here as well as planes from Halfpenny Green airfield, some of them give us a stunt display so this might be interesting !
