The date is set for April 28th 2012 and I'm ridiculously excited - not about the wedding but being married. We met through the shared passions of dog rescue and photography. Willing to share everything in his camera bag with me, happy to put up with the hounds sleeping in our bed; what more could a girl ask for? :cool: I feel truly blessed.

my wife of 5 yrs, doesn't even know what lives in the big huge bag under the stairs........

I see a TP meet coming up - wedding shoot - 30 guests, 80 togs.......
 
Big thanks to everyone for your warm congrats; they really are hugely appreciated. As for a TP meet, I'd love nothing better but the problem is space - still wondering how we're going to cram our families into this tiny village let alone the church!

Back to square 1 on the smalls front again, sadly. Put my last pair in his sandwich box with a billet-doux attached and haven't seen them since. Oh well :shrug:

Beds in both homes are rather like a cross between Everest base camp and a kibbutz and it's great! :thumbs: Having said that, we did briefly lose a lurcher, mobile phone and a couple of novels in there one night before lights out so maybe you're right :D

EVERYONE here is very welcome to come to our engagement party - just a casual picnic followed by a ramble across the fields and through some woodland. Not that I ever photograph them but there are Red Kites and other interesting wildlife stuff hereabouts. Sunday September 18th. The village pub is dog-friendly and serves a decent pint (or so I'm told ;) )
