Yes
Had an email giving verification code when I hadn’t been trying to login.
Then tried and new code wouldn’t work. Third time lucky- are there any issues

No known issues with 2FA and it doesn't look like you've been hacked, but you have switched on 2FA. Please use Contact Us to discuss any further

Not sure if it's appropriate to add to this thread... I've just been asked to login, username and password provided, then I was asked for the verification code from the app on my phone (or words to that effect... the phone was definitely mentioned). This caused me quite a bit of consternation, as I only log in to TP from my laptop, and the only verification codes I've had on my phone came as texts! Eventually I realised I needed to open my password manager, and there under TP was the code I needed. OK, I should have worked this out sooner, but, I am old!

Can I suggest this wording be adjusted, perhaps removing reference to the phone?

I did notice that I apparently have to login afresh every 30 days. I can't say that's a bad idea, but being logged out without warning is very confusing.

Logout can be triggered by a timeout on the server, but usually it's because your device has been rebooted or your browser has.
The verification code is requested because you have 2FA enabled. The code needed usually is provided by a phone app, most commonly the Microsoft or Google Authenticator apps. I'm afraid we can't change the wording as it's standard across all apps that use 2FA authentication - or One Time Code or Password is another phrase use eg by Amazon where they text you a code.
