Two birds having a scrap

A quick one for a friday.

Just saw this, great pictures and certainly a once in a life time capture. Shame the article says hes out walking, then says he was using camoflage gear, standard Daily Mail reporting I suppose. I think he may have been in a hide for these. I would love the opportunity to get out and photograph owls, I think they are stunning.

Excellent. The poor old Barn Owls seem to get picked on by everybody.

I have the full sequence from the air to the floor were they squared up,the owl left with the Vole

I would be happy to just see one in the wild, even better if i had a camera with me.

How does one go about locating Owls, are there any good field guides available?
