TVR are back!

And for consumers who actually pay for all this?

You don't happen to work for roush/mountune/revolve do you ;) I seem to smell consistently very much so a ford bias focus.

The sort of people who would buy a TVR, I would expect to be knowledgeable of cars and the bits going into it. The same people who have never heard of Roush or know that Cosworth are no longer the same company, would probably have no clue who Gordon Murray was either.
No I don't work for them they don't pay enough. ;) I work here. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dunton_Technical_Centre

Really? well I would buy a TVR in a heartbeat (assuming they are as much fun to drive as they were ...) yet first I'd heard of roush mountune etc was in this thread. Would I be bothered if it had a cosworth engine in? nope don't give a flying fig as long as it works ;) (well at least works in TVR terms:cool:). I remember cosworth from previous F1 incarnations and various hot Fords though, so the association at least with me is of a performance engine.

As to whether I'm knowledgeable of cars, well dunno, can I drive them? yep sure can.

But fwiw I did know of Gordon Murray ...
