Hello guys & gals,
My old dear has decided to dust off her Canon AE-1. Now its her birthday at the end of the month and she's looking for some bits for it.

Ideally she wants a remote shutter release. But so far i've been unable to find one... at least in the UK.

Does anyone know of anywhere i may be able to find something like this.

i would ebay, but i've had problems with pay pal in the past. try to avoid it if i'm honest.
 
Have a word in the Film and Conventional section, just follow your nose and the funny smell will be your guide..

(but Ebay is your best bet, or any of the dozen or so used camera traders advertising in the back of Amatuer Photographer every week)
 
As far as I can remember the AE1 use an ordinary cable release. So the nearest thing you can get as a remote release is an air release.

Plenty on ebay put in shutter air release.

If her camera ia the "AE1 Program" she can get a power winder which can be controlled by a canon remote release, But the EA1 can not work this way.
