I can only comment on Manfrotto as those are the only ones I use but this https://www.wexphotovideo.com/manfrotto-elements-carbon-fibre-big-traveller-kit-1640497/ looks OK and is within your budget.

Personally I would look at used, something like this below as an example, but whatever you need to work out the weight of the camera and lens and then what the tripod is rated for... The older Manfrotto ally tripods such as the 190 are good, as is the heavier 55.

I use my Canon 1DX and EF500mm L lens on a monopod for just about everything, lighter easier to carry and stable, have you thought about that route? it's also cheaper.
