Quite a few people on here have them. They're very well regarded indeed :)

I know - it looks too good to be true. If I'm ever in the market for a second tripod (I have a Benbo) then that'll be the way I go :)

I got a redsnapper with a 3 way pan head,it is really solidly built,love it.:)

Thanks for the info guys, I myself was looking for a tripod, and have just bought one of these, can't wait to use it now

I brought one last week they are brilliant value for money

Got my one off here. Haven't had the chance to use it yet though. I'm very impressed with the quality.

they look good, that one thats £50,can the legs be pulled right out so it can go very low and can you put the camera inbetween the legs upside down?

just as an aside just what is the correct way of attaching your camera to a redsnapper tripod..at the moment Im just turning the camera around on the thread but Im guessing this is not correct

Did you not get a quick release plate that attaches to the camera?

hello Jockway
yes I did
so with you saying that may I assume that when I remove the plate and attach the camera before replacing it I am doing it right!!!

thanks for the reply..well it is the basic forum and I feel I am amongst friends

Hi guys
Ordered my redsnapper pod at midnight on Wednesday and it arrived today (friday) at lunchtime.
Great quality build and the head is just perfect.
Never heard of them before i heard about them on here.

Yes it comes with a second centre column that can be switched for low down photos.

Peter

Is there a website for them so I can have a look?

thanks

Sorry to hijack thread, but im looking at asking for a redsnapper from santa claus, has anyone used the joystick type heads for landscapes??

Do they offer as much movement as a standard 3 way head?

+1 internets for the redsnapper, love mine

Yep, if you want to have it very low you have to swap the centre post for a special short on that's included.

£50 jobbie for me too - lovely :D
